I'd suggest to skip fabric conditioner altogether as it contains fragrances that don't get rinsed out and remain in the laundry. Non-bio detergents are best to avoid irritation and I'd go for a liquid or gel.

Keep clean your pillow and bed cover like every 2 weeks. One month is too long for me. Also I don't use fragrance as it potentially be the culpit of breakouts. Don't forget to keep clean your phone too! 😉
