Help me with my PIE and PIH

What are the best products and advice for me to fade my PIE and PIH? I am currently using 2 actives like 20 % azelaic acid cream in the morning and 0.05 tretinoin in the evening. Will it be enough? Will it take much time?

I guess adding some calming ingredients such as Centella Asiatica can help to soothe redness and make your acne and scar heal a little faster. It depends on your skin to see the improvement on the PIE and PIH.Usually you can see improvement after 1-3 months. Just be Patience and Consistent 😁👍🏻
