for cleansers you just have to lather it into foam and then use that to cleanse your face really gently, then you may proceed to your usual skincare routine just follow the golden rule: from thinnest to thickest

you can start by using this cleanser about 2-3 times a week, once a day (I think either morning or night will be fine). lather it in your hands first then wash your face with it for 30-60 seconds and make sure to properly rinse it all off when you're done so that there's no cleanser residue that can potentially irritate your skin from being left on for too long. hope this helps! ☺️

You can start with 2-3x a week. Or if you have sensitive skin, I’d probably do 1-2x a week to see how your skin reacts to that first. I usually only use it once a day cause it can be potentially drying and I use it in the morning. Make sure you have a good moisturizer and sunscreen. Also use a white towel or rag to fry your face because it does bleach colors since it is a peroxide.

yep! If you don’t feel like it’s drying your skin out then you can use it more often. Some people can use it every single day, I don’t recommend that but 2-3x a week should be good enough to get the job done
