you might want to try using a niacinamide serum in your routine! it can help control sebum production. alternatively if you want a pat-on product you can try Innisfree mineral powder.

Skin normally overproduces oil when it's dehydrated and lacking moisture so the most important thing is to build a balanced skincare routine.
Niacinamide, clay masks 1-2x a week, salicylic acid (I'd recommend a cleanser) are great at providing additional care. But otherwise - moisture moisturise moisturise!
When I started using a richer moisturiser at night, my skin started getting less oily in the day time. It doesn't matter if you look oily when you sleep and this way your skin gets a much needed 'drink'. Gel and other oily skin moisturisers are usually not enough on their own.

Hello~ just wanna add also from food, fried and salty foods, it can also trigger the skin more oily. Exfoliate twice a week and use toner that will remove excess oil or any residue left. Find the one with glycolic acid and clay its good for removing excess oil.

A clay mask helps to absorb excess oils in the pores. It something to consider to use a few times a week
