It depends on who sent it, Picky doesn't send it directly, I think the brand who collaborated with Picky sends them.
When I won,
COSRX was the one who sent the package using EMS (I had to pay a customs fee though, around 100php if I remember it right),
Skin1004 sent the package using K-Packet, I didn't pay anything.
Then both were delivered to me to our house by the local post office.

oh i see.. thanks for info. โค๏ธ i just hopes no DHL shipping this time tho, had a bad experience from them, that's why.
