I need help creating a routine!

I’m not sure where to start, what products to use or what steps to even include in my routine. I never really know what to buy for my skin type but I want to start taking better care of my skin. I have oily skin with enlarged pores, particularly on my nose. I have minimal acne and only occasionally have a pimple or blackhead, but after a pimple I often have scarring. I also have psoriasis and rosacea however, this is a good skin day for me so neither are acting up at the moment. I’ve included a bare faced photo of me to help. Any assistance is really appreciated !! ☺️🤍
