Chemical exfoliation is necesarry to buff away the dead skin cells without being abrassive thus removing the dirt and impurities gently but you dont need to do it every day. 2-3 times a week is enough. For starters the Kale-Lalu-yAHA works well as it only has 5% AHA that is good for chemical exfoliation and it also has some glod hydrating ingredients so your skin wont be irrirtated that much.
