How often do you change your pillowcases ⁉️

I was wondering how often do people change their pillowcases ⁉️ at night our skincare products and hair are products end up smearing onto our bedding. Especially if you do your skincare routine right before bed, it hasn’t had a chance to fully soak into your skin yet (which I’m bad for doing lol) I always change my pillowcases twice a week! Usually Wednesday & Sunday. I pick those days so I don’t forget to do it. Even if I don’t wash the rest of the bedding 🛌 I still faithfully change my pillow covers 2x/wk. I think it has helped with my skin health & breakouts. I still get a pimple or 2 but not like I used to before I started doing this. How often do you think you should change pillowcases for optimal skin health ⁉️😎
