First, use mild cleansers Second, use hydrating toners or essences that can be layered until you've reached a good level of hydration in your skin Third, use a moisturizer with good occlusives. I prefer using beeswax and lanolin or otherwise vegetable waxes. I stay away from silicones as they feel awful on my skin and are non biodegradable, which is bad for environment. I have given you some examples here but you can always look at my routi es in Picky or at my Instagram to see which product work and don't work for dehydrated / dry skin
