yes I traded in 1000 points but didn’t know how to use the points were we supposed to get an email?

As far as I remember, there wasn't an email. It was only on Picky & we'd set up an account on WishTrend for our purchase.

you def still having your points ar wishtrend but unfortunately I won’t be able to get a free shipping unless you meet their min requirement

I got a mail from picky after my points had been exchanged & you'll sign into your WISHTREND account. Their is a bar labelled as YOUR POINTS on the left side above menu
