This might sound weird but try an antidandruff shampoo. It helped my sisterโs backne! The scars still remain as itโs been many years but at least thereโs no more acne ๐

Make sure to moisture everytime after you shower and frequently change sheets and towels as well as your top after sweating. Retinoids can help heal scars and marks.
If it's hormonal, diet, stress related etc skincare will only be able to help so much
