Hi! I'd recommend you to use something exfoliating to cleanse your back - this line from Some By Mi is pretty good but please do keep in mind that these are chemical exfoliation products so you'll have to protect your skin from the sun. Overall just wash your back often, especially if you live in hot/humid climate or you sweat often for other reasons. I also heard that even shampoo/conditioner can result in back acne if you rest your shampooed hair on your back (sorry for the weird explanation, English is my third language 😅) Also, moisturize! Sadly, I can't recommend anything here, I'm also on a lookout for a good body lotion :( I think that products that you can find in pharmacies, products for sensitive skin, fragrance-free, etc, are a safe choice. Also, if you allow me to speak my mind, I don't personally see any back acne on your picture that would require a massive solution, everything looks perfectly fine 😅 If you struggle with occasional big pimples that hurt, spot treatments could be more useful

While I can't say it's helping because I'm very inconsistent, 😂 I use the Neutrogena scrub after I have shampoo'd and conditioned my hair. Then when I get out I spritz on the Klavuu green pearlsation tea tree body spray (not the product pictured) and let it dry. I do notice I don't have large angry acne as often, so it must be doing something good 😂
