Hydroquinone is the best thing for hyperpigmentation. Beaware you can not use it more than two months continuously. azelaic acid also works great. you should look into products with these ingredients Exfoliating ingredients also help with hyperpigmentation. Look for AHAs based products

For acne scars you can try with ingredients ceramide and snail. Iam have experienced with some by mi snail, iam prefer use one set line to maxs result. Benton snail, this is holy grail, texture gel, easy to use. Benton need longtime but this result its very nice and safety for sensitive skin.
