Have you guys ever overexfoliate your skin? Here is some of my tips on how to tackle them How do you know and what are the signs: - irritation, redness and inflammaiton - peeling, textured skin, dry and flaky - small rough, bumpy breakouts - Increased sensitivity to commonly used products - Accompanied with the look fo tight, waxlike texture skin What you should do 1. Stop exfoliating leave your skin alonge 2. Use mild gentle cleanser (attached some recommendations) 3. Use rich and nourishing moisturizer 4. Use your (trusty) sunscreen Hope this helps!
