Dark Armpits: Can I use TO Glycolic + PC 2% BHA?

I’m getting desparate by the minute in order to resolve my dark armpits issue but I think I’m almost there. After researching, I see that many recommend The Ordinary’s Glycolic Acid Toner and the Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant. My question is, are these two meant to be used together? Like after cleansing, I put on the glycolic acid then the liquid exfoliant? I have a cream that is meant to lighten it as well that I got from a company called Musely and it’s a prescription. Here are the ingredients: - hydroquinone 12% - kojic acid 6% - niacinamide 2% compound Thanks for your help!
