If it's only one cheek, the culprit might be your pillowcase or phone. Be sure to change your pillowcase often and also clean your phone (or don't touch your cheek with it). ๐
I think hormonal acne is more in the jaw area, but I'm not an expert. ๐

yes I totally change my pillowcases 2/week on Wednesday & Sunday just to make sure my hair products etc arenโt causing me to break outโผ๏ธ๐คฉ

only thing that kept my hormonal cystic acne at bay was a round of low dose 2/week accutaine & after that tretinoin
