All 3 ampoule's are beneficial for my skin type but the pure calming ampoule is the lightest on my skin. It's truly surprisingly gentle and I was impressed how easily my skin drinked it up. The honey glow ampoule actually has the consistency of honey so when putting it on your skin I advise dampening your skin. Doing that step before might help the thick consistency of the ampoule become easily appliable. The spot eraser is also thick so I give the same advice as I did for the honey glow.
