I wouldn't use benzoyl peroxide if it's mild. But I would use a good salicylic acid cleanser like this cetaphil one in the morning and use any moisturizer and spf you like in the morning. At night make sure to remove all makeup and sunscreen with micellar water or oil based cleanser. Then cleanse with a mild cleanser like la roche posay gentle cleanser, apply any moisturizer of your choice. then apply Adapalene a dime size amount to your face starting 2 time a week and build up to every other night.

oily at some places is it at your T-zone? after washing, your face will feel dry immediately? if your face feels dry, purchase a cleanser that is very gentle/not stripping. as for pimples, you may try spot treatments, pimple patches, CICA , propolis ingredients.
