i use isntree bha toner every other day, or insert the ordinary aha bha usually once a week making sure i didn’t use any acid the day before. And I clash it with a light moisturizer

So I don't like exfoliating toners....just not my favorite delivery mechanism. I like either this salicylic acid cleanser, which I use after my foaming cleanser, or this wonderful wash-off mask (and I am *not* into wash-off masks, generally)!
I usually exfoliate once a week in the evenings!

I use the Isntree Chestnut BHA liquid after cleansing my face every other day. AHA and BHA should not be used with vitamin C or retinoids. If you apply BHA or AHA in the morning make sure to apply SPF 😊

I exfoliate on Wednesdays and saturdays with the ordinary's lactic acid 5%. I use it with a hydrating serum for extra protection
