Help me on to choose what's good for my skin

I have been using these products not that long... and my face started to lightening in some areas I don't like it ... those are the products I can afford right not but if you recommend me the best I will buy them ... I stay in the uae right now .. thanks the last pic is how my face was before

I would recommend a brightening toner that will helps with your hyperpigmented areas. I enjoyed the ELMT Illuminating toner. I would also recommend a very hydrating serum and a daily SPF so your hyperpigmentation doesn't get worse.
