A primer or sunscreen with primer like ingredients will give you that glow. Itโs usually dimethicone but some may have mica in it. Too much mica will cause chemical sunscreen to leave a white cast.
Using the right amount will give you that glow. I say using bronzer and/highlighter in the right places can help too.
I am a bronzer kinda person. I used to used below my cheeks, chin and around my forehead to give my face a little pop
