I prefer both, but sometimes I think something with a physical effect feels like it's actually doing something lol. I currently us an AHA/BHA exfoliating cleanser that has fine little beads, so I can really tell and feel it exfoliating my skin. Honestly, I think our skin needs it. When I don't use it for awhile I can โfeelโ my skin getting bumpy and textured. Sure, chemical exfoliants help and work well but idk, I think a 2-in-1 works even better

I chose chemical exfoliation. Because my skin is very sensitive, I've tried physical exfoliation but it made my skin worse. ๐ฅบ
