I've been using this gentle retinol serum for about 4 months. I use it twice a week. I've not experienced any irritation or purging, thankfully.

I keep my routine simple when on retinol nights.
After double cleansing, I'll apply toner. 15 mins later, I'll apply retinol followed by moisturizer.
However in the beginning, after double cleansing, I'd apply toner & moisturizer. 20 mins later, I'd apply retinol followed by moisturizer again 15 mins later. I used sandwich π₯ͺ method as I've got sensitive skin. I'd read sandwich method would help reduce irritation. It worked for me!

omg yes i saw on reddit that dr dray recommended this sandwich method, i have ordered this retinol serum hehe so i shall this method :β)
