Niacinamide is quite stable, you can use it day or night. The same applies to hyaluronic acid, snail essence and cream. You might need a spf for UV rays protection๐

And remember ascorbic acid is a potent antioxidant, so should use in a morning. Antioxidant and spf are great combination to fight free radical.
Pixi glow tonic, you should use 1 or 2 a week, dont use everyday. Because it contain glycolic acid.
And make sure to patch test first

Agree with @Ozu โบ๏ธ
However, it'd be good to apply the ascorbic acid on dry skin!
