Backne has a lot of causes, from sweat to clothing, it can even come from your genetics. Do make sure to change out of your sweaty clothes as soon as you can after working out, and wear breathable fabrics. Using chemical exfoliants on your back may work as well, but that requires a little experimentation as everyone has a different experience.
