My face also crave physcical exfoliator sometimes. I like it and itโs fun. But I make sure I donโt have any active acne or broken skin whenever I use it. I used to be scared of it, but after seeing an influencer (@yayayoung) on instagram using the st. ives physical scrub, it inspired me to also use one.

now I've completely almost stop using physical scrub. I'm into peeling gel nowadays, as they are still physical but much more gentle
