I think hydroquinone is not approved to be used in Korean skincare . Please corect me if I’m wrong.

Any 4% hydroquinone cream I use Expigment  

It’s not allowed in K-beauty, but I don’t rely on K-beauty alone. It’s shown to be safe if used for 3 months. Unfortunately people don’t know when to stop that’s why they banned it
