When I have a lot of blackheads, I would go to my esthetician and she would clean them out. She does a better job than for me to try to squeeze them out myself... Then I do the maintainence to keep my pores clear (double cleanse daily, using clay mask twice a week, using exfoliator twice a week)

An esthetician can help extract them and Salicylic Acid will keep them away
Or you can use Salicylic Acid alone (extractions may lead to hyperpigmentation) but it will take longer to clear 6-8 months

for blackheads and skin congestion 2% salicylic acid serum or toner would be great choice. start with twice a week at night and don’t forget sunscreen in the morning.
