I found the Centella toner to be a basic calming toner. Great for flareups. I loved the the centella brightening toner. It contains 90% centella and helped with calming, hydrating and brightening. I have mild rosacea and haven't had any flare-ups with these 2 products... but that's not to say it will work the same on your skin since everybody's skin is different.

It may be a good idea to cut down your routine to a minimum if possible until your flare-up calmes down. It's not good to constantly change products. This one helped with my roscea too. It contains 10% cucumber extract, 10% lettuce extract and 20% cucumber water.
