I really like Cerave PM lotion but it might be too light for you, so I've also heard great things about the cream.
You could also consider slugging with Vaseline, especially on the dry patches.
Avoid all drying and irritating products like exfoliants, retinoids etc until your skin fully recovers - which it will! π€π
