if your main skin concern is active acne... I wldnt reach out for vitamin c first... rather, a retinoid such as adapalene, and gentle BHAs wld work wonders to combat active acne..
if your main concern is dullness/post acne marks, vit c is a great option, and what u said seems alright BUT.. again be gentle with ur skin, start with a low amount and work yourselves up gradually, and always rmb sunscreen, and u shld be good!

you can totally use vit c in the morning :) retinol might be better than bakuchiol but if you like it it’s perfectly fine as well :) pandemic acid is the mildest chemical exfoliant that exists so it might be too little for your acne prone skin but you can try at first and then move in to a stronger exfoliant :)

you can do it. if your skin is used to taking these many actives. But if not i would say redu mandelic acid to 1 or 2 times a week and you cand do vitamin c in morning just skip it on days when you are using mandelic acid at night .

Yes, you can use it. Vitamin C products are more effective when used during the day.
