PLS HELPPPP, I woke up and saw this colony on my chest, and looks like it’s whiteheads, I tried pricking it and it came out clear watery pus, why is this happening to me?

I just confirmed it is Heat Rash, thanks for helping me to figure it out, so now what should I do?🥲

this is likely due to sweat/friction with clothes etc..

it’s best not to pop them because it can cause infections scars or more acne. if you’re working out and not changing your clothes right after and bathing that could cause it

An AHA body wash or lotion could help. But it’s also worth exploring any recent product changes, including things like laundry detergent. I get this type of reaction from basically all jewelry, regardless of material.
