agree ! skincare alone cannot curb acne as it also closely related to our lifestyle, sleep cycle and hormone regulation. Skincare can cure acne but does not prevent it from recurring

apart from skincare, we need to take notes on our surrounding such as, avoid wipe face with body towel (use separate towel for face and change often) & frequently change pillow sheets 😁
