I have the same problem, but yes, if you have really strong hairfall you should go to endocrinologist

Kerotin Collagen shampoo, conditioner and hair mask have helped my hair stop falling out. it was coming out tons after I got COVID bad. I use some other other products and hair oils to help promote growth and keep what I have. But most of the hair fall out has finally stopped besides the normal strands here and there from combing and brushing.
