Are you using AHA/BHA toner and moisturizer twice a day? This could lead to overexfoliation, especially to sensitive skin.
If your skin is more resilient to acids, the acne formed maybe hormonal acne which is not caused by skincare, but your internal hormones level.

Do you experienced any redness or irritation on skin aside of one pimple? If yes, it could be the case of overexfoliation as mentioned.

From thinnest to thickest , I also love to mix different serum's together as well as my creams. I do this by putting a small amount of each( serum or cream )then rub my hands together to combine before applying to my face and neck. For example.....my serum's , I'll put a small amount of snail serum , vitamin C serum and a hyaluronic acid serum in my palms and rub them together then apply. I do this twice a day and each time I use different products. I always check my ingredients so I don't accidentally mix the wrong Actives together , it works great and I actually have fun experimenting with my skincare. Of course everyone's skin is different and reacts differently to certain products. My skin isn't sensitive , it's mature , oily with moderate breakouts (hormonal acne)

I can't use cosrx AHA/BHA clarifying toner everyday, i think i use it once a week or less than that. If i use more my skin will be over exfoliating for sure.

I’m planning to but the Beauty of Joseon Ginseng Essence. Will that be a good alternate as a toner?

Personally I would not use so many AHA/BHA products especially twice a day. Also don’t mix Vit C with them in the same routine too. I have sensitive, acne prone, combination skin & my skin barrier would be compromised.
