1. not only skincare is important but also food: sugar, wheat, dairy or even coffee can lead to breakouts and make acne worse 2. sleeping 7-8 hours at least! 3. no caffeine before sleeping (this will cause stress hormones) 4. try to reduce your stress 5. drink enough water or tea 6. eat fruits and vegetables for healthy skin ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
