Effective eye cream with Vit C or Niacinamide 👀

I'm in search of an effective eye cream that has niacinamide or vitamin c. I learned that that's what my dark circles around my eyes need. I currently use the caffeine eye serum from the ordinary, I'm curious what guys worked for you and what is a good brand. Do you use 2 eye creams or just one. Thanks in advance.

I use the Ole Henriksen eye cream during the day. And then I ocassionally alternate between the Roc and Drunk Elephant eye creams. Love the Ole Henricksen and RoC eye creams! The Drunk Elephant one isn’t bad but I’m on the hunt for an alternative that’s more affordable.
