As the redness and spots appeared after using these new products, I suggest eliminating one product each week until you identify which one is causing the issue.
When choosing a facial Cleanser, it is important to use the right cleanser for your skin type, and do not over cleanse or it can lead to the stripping of the skin barrier, which results in red, itchy, dry, irritated skin.
Mixing and alternating cleansers is generally safe, but the ingredients shouldn't be too strong. Strong ingredients can become less effective or mismatched when used together, which can lead to skin irritations and breakouts.
So, maybe stick to only using 2 different cleansers, and switch them up in the am and pm. Also, make sure that the cleansers you do choose can be used together!

I’d take a break on the one that is causing redness for obvious reasons bc it seems like some ingredient u might be having a mild reaction/sensitivity to/too harsh. Cetaphil is usually a more gentle cleanser

Based on all the products you posted, I suspect the Prada cleanser may be causing your skin irritation because it contains alcohol denat. This ingredient can irritate sensitive skin and cause redness and bumps.

Do you have sensitive skin, if so alcohol denet is too harsh for your skin, as it is causing all your skin issues. I would lay off of it because even once a week may cause this too your skin.

The Prada Cleanser contains alcohol denat, also known as denatured alcohol
, which can cause redness
and skin irritation. Alcohol denat is a volatile alcohol that neutralizes the skin's natural oils and can be found in many skincare products, including lotions, perfumes, and toners. While small amounts of alcohol denat are considered to be safe, excessive use can dry out the skin, causing irritation, redness, and breakouts. Prolonged use can also enlarge pores, increase sebum production, and lead to greasy skin. I would stop using the Prada Cleanser, it's not a good choice and probably the culprit to your underlying redness and bumps, as I think it's stripping your skin barrier!
