Very hydrating. It’s a very good essence after using a toner. This does have fragrance. It’s not irritating if your into fragrance. my skin is sensitive yet it does not bother my skin.

I got this product in one of the shoppers beauty event bags and I absolutely fell in love it's so refreshing and the scent is perfect not to strong. It does exactly what it's meant to do.
The only bad thing I could say is I wish it came in a larger bottle.
