It is an average cleanser, thar you need to use as step 2, as it doesnt take off make up well. My skin is not dry after using it and it gives a fresh feeling

Could be having pleasant smell abd remove make up!

agreed! I love how gentle it is and my sensitive skin appreciates it but definitely does not remove your makeup
