Besides, its second ingredient in the list is niacinamide which help to regulate sebum and aid in brightening. Besides, it contains hyaluronic acid with variety sizes to penetrate into different level of epidermal layers. ✨ Experience : I’ve used a lot of hydrating serum and if I can rate from 1 to 10 in terms of hydration, I can only can give it 5 out of 10. For my dehydrated skin, I need more powerful hydrating product. In terms of affordability, it is very affordable for locals (in Malaysia) and accessible in the drugstore.
