THANK YOU FARMER - RyuA review for Rice Pure Essential Toner

To good to be true! It's my very first rice toner and I get to really luv it especially during the mornings. I don't lean into my moisturizer anymore when I get to put this toner, 2nd layer is already enough and ,SPF at the very last. Perfect even for summery weather. It's got natural rice extract, niacinamide, Centella and my fave, Ceramide ⁠♡ It moisturizes, hydrates and soothes the skin. By the most promising I get to luv is how it smoothens my skin and calms it down.
