icy2ya review for Protect + Hydrate Sunscreen Broad Spectrum Face Lotion SPF 60

its a chemical sunscreen so its suitable for all skin tones. comes out the tube white but sheers down to a clear and hydrated but non greasy (to me) finish its very affordable. around $9.00 usd for 3 oz or 88 ml you get a good amount of product for the price. i found my tube at walmart *there is fragrance but its near the bottom of the ingredients list. i find it to be a very light fragrance and it dosn't bother me despite the fact that im not a huge fan of fragrance in skincare. if you are someone who hates the traditional full frontal scent of spf you might enjoy this more spreads easily into the skin on both the face and body so you arn't constantly squeezing more out to get full covrage application gives a healthy hydrated look to the skin. not greasy or slimey just a healthy glow. my normal to dry skin appricates this its spf 60 with uva + uvb protection so suitable for summer time weather oxybenzone free. the active sunscreen ingredients are avobenzone 3%, homosalate 13.5%, octisalate 5%, and octocrylene 10%. free of parabens and phthalates if thats a concern to you. no oils or dyes easily washes off with a gentle cleanser or baasic bodywash. even with reapplications i dont feel the need to double cleanse on the face with this sunscreen re applies well. i start my appilcations atound 12:00 then aagain at 2:00 and again at 4:00. earlier if im outside for long peroids in the morning. by the time its time for re applications its dried down enough for reapplications not to look greasy (that is subjective to me though) does not stain my clothes but i wear basic fabrics. i dont know how it will fare with silk or fine fabrics **i like this better for neck down application rather than the face. it looks great on the face but despite the sweat resistant claim i feel like this would run and sting the eyes while doing sport or a super sweat day/actvity. i think this sunscreen is better for a early morning/late evening walk, grocery/mall shopping in warmer weather, outdoors lunch/brunch etc. any time where you'll be inside most of the time but will occasionally have to step outisde in hot weather ot you haave little to no chance of sweating if you wear it on the face. for the body its great no matter the conditions** i would buy again for the neck down parts of my body but stick to my neutrogena clear face for my own face area since its a matte finish.
