I usually dampen my skin before applying it to aid in the absorption, it has a gel consistency that turns on water when it touches the skin , it's super light and has a very subtle smell. It's instantly makes my skin feel hydrated,soft and it gives a fresher look to the eyes. It goes well under my concealer and doesn’t make it looks cakey which is a huge plus for me. Can't wait to see the long term benefits.
