Due to the thin cotton pads, this toner is best suited for wet application rather than wiping. However, this doesn't diminish my affection for it. I use it daily, and it effectively soothes redness and skin swelling, offering excellent moisturizing effects. It can even replace the essence step for those with oily skin. I've tracked changes in my skin after a week's use, and it's clear that it has improved, particularly in reducing redness and swelling.
