AC Ctrl EX Deep Repair Blemish Mask
Product gifted for free by Dewytree in exchange for my honest review on the Picky app. I was very pleasantly surprised by the scent of this mask. I haven’t run into a ton of skincare with the combination of lime and mint, but I rather enjoyed it. I don’t think it will be for everyone, but I tend to enjoy both scents separately. I was impressed by how well they worked together. The mask was quite saturated, and you can wear it from 10-20 minutes, but I find that with most masks like this one ten minutes is the magic amount of time. If I leave a mask on too long, it feels like the mask ends up dried out and my skin doesn’t feel as moisturized if that makes sense. I was pretty happy with this one overall.
I didn’t have any problems with the scent or texture or results from this mask. My biggest complaint about the mask was that the eye holes felt especially small for some reason? But that is easily remedied with some clean scissors. I don’t know it also felt like I had a hard time settling the mask around my mouth. I feel like maybe this was a bigger mask that can fit people with bigger heads/faces. There were quite a few wrinkles in the mask when I went to lay it down on my face. That or it needed to be cut differently. For that I’m taking one star off, but that is due to personal preference.
