Urban Eco Waratah Toner
This toner is definitely worth a try. It is easily absorbed by the skin. Three to four pumps should be enough to soak a cotton pad, or to be applied on the palms of your hands to pat on the face.
Not that it’s bad toner, but definitely not the best choice for the combination skin type. It does a have slight fragrance, but it does go away as you apply the product to your skin.
