The Inkey List - CHASEJLONDON review for Tripeptide Plumping Lip Balm

So I brought this lip balm as soon as it came out as I am kinda in love with the inkey list brand. As a person who already has full lips , I really was not looking for that main effect of the lip balm. I was looking for hydration in this cold weather ,which does great. It does give a gloss effect that does dry down over time but still keeps your looks hydrated and looking good. Would definitely recommend it ,
