Got this because of the cute packaging and nice reviews. Got this in shade 03 reddy ready (deep mulberry red). The tint is pigmented. It does stay and does not transfer. Can be used for lips and cheeks but sometimes a small dot can be used for eyelids and blend it out for an eye color. Has a light scent.
The packaging is cute but the chain twirls with the cap as you open it. But that should be manageable, since it can be removed.
And has to be blended right away in order not to leave a stain mark.
