I have used epson salt since I was a kid.Epson salt has really evolved over the years.I remember when it used to be in a milk shaped cardboard box with a weird chemical smell. I have tried lots of different brands from expensive to cheap, but I fell in love when I found Dr. Teals. Dr Teals is very versatile and have soo many benefits. I personally have used it to help sore muscles, swollen feet from pregnancy, to help heal bruises & sprains faster, and as a Natural sleep aid & stress reliever I use about 2 cups in my bath water and the lavender scent will fill the whole bathroom with a relaxing aroma that will put you in Nirvana. Your muscles feels invigorating and relaxed after use. I highly recommend Dr. Teals epson salt to everyone. I have bought several bags and will continue to buy more.
